Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, mobile number for new account registration, account/login information, course or product purchases, payment identifiers and statuses, support messages, learning progress, basic device/browser information, and security logs. Payment card details, CVV, UPI PIN and bank credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on the YTBOSS26 server.
Why we use it
We use information to create and secure your account, deliver purchased access, verify and reconcile payments, prevent fraud/abuse, provide support, remember learning progress, improve reliability and understand site usage.
Payment and service providers
Payments are processed through Razorpay. We may also use hosting, email delivery and analytics providers to operate the website. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Payment diagnostics
To diagnose failed checkouts, we may record non-sensitive events such as checkout opened, SDK failed to load, payment failed, browser type and Razorpay error reason. We do not intentionally log card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP.
Cookies and sessions
Essential cookies/sessions are used for login, security and checkout continuity. Analytics may load after user interaction to measure site usage.
Retention and security
We keep account, purchase and security records only as reasonably needed for access, support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
